Dear Readers

Greetings from the Editorial Office of JADE!

Scientific writing is an art and we at JADE are proud that we invite the youngest as well as the most experienced to share scientific publishing space. The young authors have helped the editorial team tremendously in learning and understanding the challenges faced when one embarks on writing ones first scientific manuscript. Conducting a research study is adequately daunting but taking the manuscript through the final frontier and working to get it to publishing is the sweet reward as much for the author as for the editorial team.

I thank our reviewers and publishers for the gentle hand holding and guidance provided to our young authors. JADE is a dedication to young aspiring researchers to bloom in scientific writing through mentoring. The last four years has been most rewarding.

I take this opportunity to express a big thank you to all our young researchers and clinicians for believing in JADE and growing with us. We look forward to your valued patronage over the coming years and spread the word to invite your friends and fellow researchers to expand the family of authors who are the backbone of JADE.
